I’m paying for my own account: First, delete the FirstWork application. Second, redownload FirstWork from the App Store. Third, create a new pin and security questions. Fourth: Use the restore my account button on the Access Pass page and your Access Pass will be recognized.
An organization is paying for my account: First, reach out to your administrator identifying yourself and sharing you cannot access your account. Second, administrator will send you a new organizational access code. Third, delete the FirstWork app on your device. Fourth, redownload FirstWork from the app store. Fifth: Create a new pin and security codes. Sixth: enter your new organizational access code on the Access Pass page to regain your access.
