Account Management
You can reset your pin by providing the correct answers to your security questions. Once you have done this you can provide a new pin.
I’m paying for my account: First, delete the FirstWork application. Second, redownload FirstWork from the App Store. Third, create a new PIN and security questions. Fourth: Use the restore my account button on the Access Pass page and your premium account will be recognized.
An organization is paying for my account: First, contact your administrator, identify yourself, and indicate that you cannot access your account. Second, the administrator will send you a new organizational access code. Third, delete the FirstWork app on your device. Fourth, redownload FirstWork from the app store. Fifth: Create a new PIN and answer security questions. Sixth: enter your new organizational access code on the Access Pass page to regain your access.
Application deletion can cause two issues:
- Data loss: learning data collected on FirstWork will be lost if you delete your application.
- Access Pass disruption: if you have a premium Access Pass and delete the application, you must ‘restore your account.’
Not a problem, we can get you back into your account. Follow these steps to get back on FirstWork.

You have to create a preset lesson before you can launch it. If you would like to use the preset feature which allows you to save a lesson for future use, set one up by ‘creating a new preset lesson’ then selecting goals and settings you want to use. After you’ve done this, you will see the launch preset option is usable!
The learner has to complete at least one lesson in order to view progress because there isn’t any progress to view yet!
FirstWork stores the data from your learner’s lessons and organizes it so it is easy for you to track and celebrate your learners progress. FirstWork does not store any of this data ourselves so you can feel confident your learner’s progress is safe and only in your hands.
